This caravan has been on a site for the past 6 years, so has little wear & tear from road travelling. It has been used for permanent living all through harsh winters and is very warm & dry. It has all the usual refinements, cooker, fridge (only works on gas at present) blown air heating, air con, toilet, loads of cupboards and storage space. Very large end bathroom with cubicle shower and spacious wardrobe. It has some age related minor issues, but is in overall good condition. The front lounge area can be used as 2 single beds or converted to a large double bed. If there are only 2 people using it, the bed can be left up as there is seating in the dining area. It is a very spacious caravan and needs to be seen to appreciate. There is a porch awning included in sale, but if a full size 1050cm awning was attached this would create loads of extra space and accommodate 2 x 2berth bedrooms.
